Erika has over 18 years of meeting planning experience throughout the industry. She has focused primarily on government meetings for the past 13 years. As a Senior Meeting Planner at PSA, her clients include the HHS Office of Minority Health, NIH and the Ida P. Rolf Research Foundation. She has been an active member of NATCAP since 2009. She lives in South Riding, VA with her husband, young daughter and Tessie, the poodle.

Helene Lippe, CMM, CMP

Helene Lippe is currently a Meeting  and Project Manager at IMPAQ International. She has 25 years of progressive and successful experience in all phases of meeting and conference management, and 11 years of project management. She has held the CMP since 2003, earned the CGMP, and recently earned the CMM. Since 2005, Ms. Lippe has worked in the goverment sector as a contractor serving clients such as the Office of Adolescent Health, the Children’s Bureau, Administration for Children and Families, the Department of Justice, and the Department of Defense. Ms. Lippe also worked on the supplier side at the Hampton Convention & Visitors Bureau as a Sales and Services Manager, was the Principal at HKF & Associates, a meeting planning company, Seamon Corporation, ESI, and General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). Her key strengths are in strategic marketing, creative planning, event management, and vendor relations. She is skilled at building effective, productive working relationships with clients; negotiating contracts with vendors; and regularly implements the Federal Travel Regulations. She has planned and implemented meetings and events ranging in size from 12 – 10,000 attendees. Her experience includes International Meetings in countries including India, South Africa, Afghanistan, Iraq, Mexico, and Canada. Helene has also managed travel for Iraqi citizens coming to the United States under a contract with the Department of Health and Human Services.

Cheryl Gordon

Cheryl has been working in the Hospitality industry for the last 27 years, with the last 13 years focused on the Government market segment, where she has developed many cherished relationships that she hopes will benefit our Chapter. Presently Cheryl works for the B.F. Saul Company Hospitality Group representing their 15 DC Metro Area Hotels in the position of Regional Director of Government Sales.   Cheryl lives in Arlington with her adorable Yorkie Benny. She has 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren.

As a senior member of the SA Conference Planning Department (CPD),  Jesse coordinates   conferences and events for clients including the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).   Jesse has over fourteen (14) years’ experience planning government meetings.  As an active member of NATCAP, Jesse was awarded Meeting Planner of the Year for 2014.   She lives in Alexandria, VA with her husband, 3 young children and chocolate labrador.
